The Switchmas campaign consisted of a direct mail piece along with a Switch Kit to encourage receivers to switch banks to the State Bank. Online graphics and a holiday theme along with a cash incentive for people who gave referrals as well as the people who switch.
Refer a Friend campaign consisted of a postcard, a handout, an HTML email, plus a second postcard for customers who weren’t already using the Ultimate Interest Checking account. Targeted to get new referrals to the bank and the checking program.
